Standard delivery charge is £5.80 plus VAT per order via next day courier. Please note a signature will be required on delivery.
Larger items or delivery to outlying UK and non UK locations may attract an additional carriage charge. You will be contacted and advised of any additional charge for approval prior to your order being accepted
All standard stock items can be returned for a full refund of the item, as long as we are notified within 14 days of purchase. This will apply unless the item was specifically sold on the basis of it being a second or not perfect item in which case it is non-returnable.
Please call our sales support team on our main number who can supply you with the required references for return and/or organise collection from you at a modest cost.
To qualify for a refund all items must be received by us in the same condition received by you in the original packaging.
Returned goods must be packed in a reasonable manner as to ensure their safe arrival in good condition.
In accordance with the current distance purchasing legislation all bespoke, personalised, perishable or custom-made items are not eligible for a refund. This includes all personalised printed products and all items that are noted on the website in the item description.
